Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 9, 2026

The short version

This site exists to keep residents informed. We collect as little as
possible: what you type into the contact form, and the standard technical
logs every website host keeps. We don’t run analytics, we don’t
use advertising trackers, and we never sell or share your information.

What we collect

  • Contact form. If you write to the board through the
site, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use
them only to respond to you and keep them only as long as the conversation
    requires.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records
standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested, time of visit) for
security and troubleshooting. These are routine, short-lived, and not used
    to identify visitors.

What we don’t do

No analytics platforms, no advertising networks, no social-media pixels,
no sale or rental of personal information — to anyone, ever.

Cookies

The public site does not set tracking cookies. If a resident login area
is enabled, WordPress sets the strictly necessary cookies required to keep
you signed in — nothing more.

Fonts

Our typefaces load from Google Fonts. Like any file loaded from a
third party, that request discloses your IP address to Google. Google’s
privacy policy governs that processing.

Residents and the board

Official HOA records (ownership, dues, correspondence with the board) are
managed by the association under its governing documents, not through this
website. This policy covers the website only.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect
information from them.

Changes

If our practices change — for example, if analytics are ever added
— this page will be updated first, with a new effective date.
