the official record of the association. Where anything on this site differs
from the association’s governing documents (CC&Rs, bylaws, rules,
policies, and recorded amendments), the governing documents
control. Meeting details, dates, and document versions shown here
may occasionally lag the official record.

questions about your obligations as an owner, consult the governing

Resident login

Any resident-only area is for current owners and residents of The
Preserve. Credentials are personal — don’t share them. We may
suspend access that we reasonably believe is unauthorized.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities,
or use it to harass others or send unsolicited communications.

Intellectual property

Site content (text, imagery, and design) belongs to the association or
its licensors. You may view, download, and print it for personal,
